Standard Return
We have a 14-day standard return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return if you have changed your mind.
To be eligible for a standard return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. The cost and organisation/booking of shipping for standard returns are payable by the customer. All items must be returned by one of the following reputable tracked couriers: DHL and UPS
To start a standard return, you can contact us at oliver@paeredansk.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to a specific address. This address will be confirmed by Paere Dansk via email once the return request has been accepted.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return or sent to an incorrect address, will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at oliver@paeredansk.com immediately (and at the latest within 14 days) if the item is defective or damaged, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Damages and Issues - Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Customer Remorse
For orders that are cancelled as a result of customer remorse, the customer is responsible for all return shipping fees and restocking fees that may apply.
