Once an order has been submitted, you will be provided order status and shipping information regarding your order, and receive the tracking number (via email) after your order has been shipped.
This approach is pertinent to homegrown United Kingdom (UK) orders. This approach is intended to guarantee that you are clearly mindful of our transportation strategies and systems. By requesting from this store, you acknowledge the strategies contained herein.
Shipping Charges
We offer Free Shipping on all orders in the United Kingdom (UK).
Shipment Processing Time
Every effort is made to dispatch your order as soon as possible. Handling Time 4-5 Days (Monday- Friday). The transit time 10-15 Working Days, but can be longer depending on the carrier. The order cut-off time is 1pm (GMT) Greenwich Mean Time (London).
We make every effort to ship all orders received by the order cut-off time on the same day. Orders placed after 1pm (GMT) Greenwich Mean Time (London). on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed the following business day.
(Please allow up to 48 hours for your orders to be dispatched during and just after sale periods and during holiday periods.)
You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as it has been shipped.
What happens after I place an order?
You'll receive a confirmation email from us after your order is placed, containing your order number and your order receipt. Your order will typically ship out within 5 working days (not including holidays). Products that have customizations will take longer to ship out.
Please check your spam folder for the confirmation email if you don't see it in your inbox.
If you don't receive a confirmation email, please email oliver@paeredansk.com with the subject line "Order Confirmation Not Received," and someone from our team will get in touch with you.
We will reach out to you separately for items of a custom nature to ensure the proper customizations are applied. These items will only be processed and shipped out after we receive the customizations.
Which carriers do you ship with?
We use a variety of reputable carriers, including but not limited to DHL and UPS. For orders of high value, carriers will ask for a signature upon delivery.
How long will my order take to ship?
After an order is shipped, it will typically take 10-15 working days to receive your order. A tracking number will be sent to you after your order has been shipped.
Shipping times vary depending on the order, but you can always keep updated with your order here.
Change of Address:
We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. if you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at oliver@paeredansk.com or call +44 788 8088 151
Cancellations:
We accept order cancellations within 14 days of purchase. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact oliver@paeredansk.com promptly. Note that customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
I want to cancel my order. What do I do?
We're sorry to hear that you want to cancel! If you choose to cancel your order and it hasn't shipped yet, we will issue you a full refund. With certain items, there will be a re-stocking fee that will be applied to your refund.
Unfortunately, if your order has already shipped, you will have to request a refund once you receive the order. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more details.
Parcel Damage:
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact oliver@paeredansk.com immediately with photos. We will assist in resolving the issue promptly.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Sorry, currently we do not offer gift wrapping.
How do I check the status of my order?
Simply track your order using the tracking number we provide you through email. If you haven't received a tracking number after 7 business days, please email us at oliver@paeredansk.com and we will assist you from there.
